About Us

Holly Hill Manor began as most good things do – unexpectedly. It all started with a piece of land, a friendship, and a barn design sketched on a Chick-fil-A napkin. Owners Christie Bagwell and Mike Ware have worked tirelessly to make Holly Hill Manor the beautiful North Georgia wedding venue it is today.

The venue sits on 33 acres of meadows and hardwoods, just a few miles off of Highway 515 in Talking Rock, Georgia. Completely climate controlled, the 8,000 square foot indoor event space boasts a florist bar, a spacious heating kitchen, private restrooms, and stunning bride and groom suites.

Our space allows for 300 guests for a sit-down dinner and 400 standing room. Our goal is to provide the foundation canvas in a space that can go from modern-chic to southern elegance to accommodate any style.

The venue is furnished with custom-made wooden farmhouse tables and Park Hill wooden farmhouse chairs and accented with upholstered chairs and accent tables to complete your wedding and special event setup needs.

Our bridal suite features a full makeup bar with a separate station for the bride and a complete hair salon with a shampoo sink, cutting area, and sit-down dryer. Sit back, relax, and enjoy being pampered! We also have a groom’s suite completed with an elongated mirror, flat screen TV, and a soon-to-come outdoor entertainment area.

Special Events

Holly Hill Manor is a great location for large families and specialty events. Our manor serves as a spacious and versatile venue for events such as:

  • Bridal Showers
  • Anniversary Parties
  • Christmas Parties
  • Company functions

Instead of renting out restaurants or throwing a party in your home or office space, you can have access to an 8,000 square foot space that can be decorated to fit your party and style. We offer a spacious heating kitchen, which provides a dedicated room for caterers to prepare food for the event. If you are planning on having a florist, we also have a florist bar and hand sink so flowers can be prepared on-site. 

With COVID-19 making gatherings more difficult than ever, Holly Hill Manor provides a large space where people can gather while still maintaining distance.
